Dr. Wong-Gillam is a board-certified surgical oncologist, currently practicing at Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, MI. Dr. Wong-Gillam earned her medical and doctoral degrees from Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. She completed her general surgery residency at Creighton University School of Medicine in Phoenix and her complex general surgical oncology fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. Her clinical interest includes peritoneal surface malignancies, including primary cancers of the peritoneum including mesothelioma, or secondary cancers such as metastases from gastrointestinal, appendiceal, ovarian, gastric, hepatobiliary cancers and sarcomas.
